Yes, I've tried it and it taste okay. But for the hassle and price you're better of just taking a hair skin %26amp; nail vitamin. The shake doesn't have all of the ingridents as the pills, and it doesn't have the same amounts of the indridents that it DOES have. It was just one more thing for me to do in a day- waste of time, money and energy. Don't waste money or get your hopes up. Just buy some GNC ultra nourish hair.
