I have really thick african hair and its basically an afro how do i grow it out?

how often should i was it?how fast does african hair grow?how do i stop the frizz?plz help



P.S. by hair is very soft and fragile



I have really thick african hair and its basically an afro how do i grow it out?

1) you should was it as often as you feel is necessary, you should stay away from shampoos that have lauryl sulfate laureth sulfate because they dry the hair out. You could try washing your hair with conditioner that you have mixed with baking soda.



2) african hair is not a type of hair %26amp; hair growth rate is based on genetics.



3) do not brush/comb hair when it is dry, let hair air dry, try a leave in conditioner
